Own the CDP/CRM foundation and lifecycle marketing program, turning customer data into trusted segments, multi-channel journeys, and actionable leadership-ready insights that drive revenue and product decisions.
- CDP Governance & Data Quality: ensure data integrity, profile governance, consent management, and robust segmentation across millions of records.
- Channel & Analytics Execution: translate data into multi-channel journeys (web, email, SMS, push, display) and deliver leadership-ready dashboards and insights.
- Vendor & Cross-Functional Leadership: manage CDP/CRM vendor relations, RFPs, data-structure optimization, scoring models, and platform roadmap with marketing, data, and engineering partners.
