Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify CRM and system improvement opportunities and partner cross‑functionally to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Manage and communicate CRM release schedules, ensuring alignment on bug fixes, enhancements, and updates.
  • Own the CRM enhancement lifecycle—from requirement gathering through solution design, validation, communication, and training.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions and optimize user experience across GTM workflows.
  • Develop and validate Salesforce training content with Enablement; provide documentation and support to drive adoption.
  • Produce CRM newsletters, release notes, and updates to ensure clear communication of system changes.
  • Create presentations and business-friendly documentation that simplify complex CRM concepts for stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for CRM user issues, performing initial troubleshooting, triage, and escalation.
  • Ensure Salesforce and integrated systems remain intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user needs.
  • Build cross-functional roadmaps supporting Sales, Marketing, Legal, CS, and CRO initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience managing SaaS or CRM ecosystem development, including system enhancements and process optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing systems, managing integrations, and driving user adoption.
  • Experience working with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing technology partnerships.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
