Responsibilities

• Owns data in HubSpot and supporting systems.
• Supports CRM Team with work such as workflows, automation, and pipelines.
• Tracks and reports metrics and trends and reporting support.
• Cleans and maintains all the data in the system (properties, CRM data, workflows, etc.).
• Sets up and maintains all systems integrations.
• Import and export data and monitor.
• Refines existing workflows and strategies and recommends strategy improvements.
• Analyzes and audits data in the systems.
• Acts as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to manage CRM systems and data warehousing.

Requirements

• advanced knowledge of HubSpot and portal platform technology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or related field or three (3) years of experience as a technical CRM Manager is required
• Node or Python experience or JavaScript and SQL or other database experience is desired
