Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 1. CRM & LIFECYCLE STRATEGY - Own Printemps New York’s CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, SMS and future channels. - Build the CRM calendar around key marketing activations and commercial priorities. - Manage campaigns end-to-end: planning, segmentation, content, deployment, reporting and optimization. - Develop automated journeys and continuously test audiences, messaging and timing.
  • 2. CUSTOMER DATABASE GROWTH - Drive customer database growth, with a focus on quality email and SMS opt-ins. - Improve customer data capture across store, e-commerce and other touchpoints. - Partner with Store Leadership and Sales teams to improve customer profile creation. - Monitor database growth, engagement and data quality.
  • 3. CUSTOMER INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS - Build a 360° view of Printemps customers across online, store, CRM, events and clienteling. - Connect data from Shopify, Shopify POS, Klaviyo, clienteling tools and the future CDP. - Identify customer behaviors, trends, high-value and at-risk customers. - Turn insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, E-commerce, Store and Commercial teams.
  • 4. SEGMENTATION & RFM - Own customer segmentation based on RFM, behavior, spend, affinity and lifecycle stage. - Develop strategies to acquire, convert, retain, reactivate and grow customers. - Use segmentation to drive CRM, clienteling, events and e-commerce initiatives.
  • 5. CLIENTELING & STORE CRM - Partner with Store Leadership, Sales and IT to develop the clienteling strategy. - Support the rollout, adoption and evolution of the clienteling tool. - Help Sales teams leverage customer data and insights to strengthen relationships and drive sales. - Connect CRM, clienteling, store and e-commerce into a seamless customer experience.
  • 6. GLOBAL CDP PROJECT - Lead New York’s CRM business requirements and use cases for the global CDP. - Work closely with New York IT and Paris/global teams on data, integrations and implementation. - Ensure the CDP supports segmentation, personalization, analytics, clienteling and loyalty. - Drive adoption and translate technical capabilities into business use cases.
  • 7. LOYALTY PROGRAM - 2027 - Support the development and launch of the Printemps New York loyalty program. - Contribute to segmentation, benefits, communications and customer journeys. - Use loyalty insights to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • 8. REPORTING & PERFORMANCE - Own CRM and customer performance reporting and KPIs. - Track database growth, engagement, conversion, revenue, retention, spend and customer lifecycle. - Turn data into clear commercial recommendations and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, customer analytics or e-commerce, ideally in retail, fashion, beauty, luxury or hospitality.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify or similar CRM/e-commerce platforms, with a good understanding of email, SMS, segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavior and RFM analysis, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working with customer data across e-commerce and physical retail, ideally with CRM, CDP or clienteling projects.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Store and IT teams and managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • A commercial, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset, someone who enjoys building, testing and finding solutions, rather than just following processes.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to keep the bigger picture in mind.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with New York and global teams.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, culture and creating great customer experiences.
