Own the end-to-end CRM journey for Caesars players, driving retention by tailoring lifecycle journeys and campaigns in tight collaboration with the CRM Manager.

- Lifecycle Personalization: tailor messaging and flows based on player behavior and segmentation.
- Collaboration & Analytics: align with the CRM Manager, track metrics, and iterate based on performance data.

- As the CRM Journey Coordinator you will work closely with the CRM Manager to manage the Caesars CRM campaigns and drive retention through customized player journeys throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer retention.
