Job Description

Basic Function: We are seeking a meticulous CRM Administrator to support our dynamic marketing and business development team. This role will help facilitate day-to-day operations, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system maintenance, quality assurance, and quality control, and coordinating administrative tasks. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities included but not limited to: 

  • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system with client and project information.
  • Data entry, constantly working to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate opportunity tracking and pipeline follow-up.
  • Ensure proposal accuracy and quality prior to submission.
  • Update and maintain department master spreadsheets and templates.
  • Help gather and organize data for reports, presentations, and analysis.
  • Assist in organizing department files.
  • Other administrative tasks may be requested by the marketing and business development team.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Database/CRM experience, preferably Unanet CRM by Cosential or Deltek Vantagepoint CRM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the administrative, business development and/or marketing fields.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional, positive, and approachable demeanor and discretion.

Education/Experience: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM administration, database management, marketing/business development support, or an administrative role preferred.
