Own fast, trend-reactive short form video for a health and wellness brand, delivering high tempo content with weekly direction and daily async check-ins.

Own content creation and posting cadence for TikTok and Instagram Reels, aligned to weekly trend windows
Coordinate with social team on direction, delivering 40 assets per month across 60 concepts
Maintain brand voice and authenticity while moving quickly in a performance-oriented, health-focused niche

Job Description

Responsibilities

Concept, shoot, and post trend-reactive TikTok and Instagram content on a weekly basis
Attend a Monday trend check-in with the social team to align on that week's content direction
Deliver 40 assets per month across 60 developed concepts
Show up for a daily async check-in with the team (no call required, messaging-based)
Flex content across TikTok and Instagram Reels as applicable
Maintain authenticity and brand voice in all content

Requirements

Strong on-camera presence, natural and confident, not scripted
Demonstrated ability to create trend-reactive short-form video that performs
Genuine interest in health, performance, supplements, longevity, or fitness
Reliable, communicative, and responsive. This is a working partnership, not a passive deal
Experience posting consistently on TikTok with real engagement
Ability to move fast. Trend windows close quickly and we need someone who can execute
