Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the end-to-end pipeline for sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and activating emerging Creator Network partners across the US+ market.
  • Identify and prospect talent companies, media companies, influencer agencies, entertainment businesses, and other organizations with strong potential to become Creator Network partners.
  • Present the value proposition of TikTok LIVE, negotiate partnerships, and guide new agency partners from initial engagement through onboarding and activation.
  • Represent TikTok LIVE externally at industry events and serve as an ambassador for the Creator Network program.
  • Partner closely with newly onboarded Creator Networks to help them build their LIVE business from the ground up, including creator recruitment, onboarding, incubation, and monetization capabilities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of emerging agency business models, pain points, and growth opportunities, and translate those insights into actionable support strategies.
  • Help emerging agency partners establish sustainable operating models, workflows, and best practices to support long-term growth.
  • Drive adoption of TikTok LIVE monetization products, platform programs, and partner enablement resources across newly established Creator Networks.
  • Create and scale playbooks, SOPs, training materials, and best practices that can be reused across additional agency acquisition and incubation efforts.
  • Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities, monitor partner performance, and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 2+ years of experience in external-facing roles such as account management, partner management, business development, sales, or related functions.
  • Experience owning business KPIs, OKRs, revenue targets, or other core performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build trust with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, data, or business insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
