Responsibilities

• The Role You'll build and own the creator program end to end: who the brand works with, what they pay, what they get back, and how to build a community of creators who love working with them. It's hands-on and relationship-driven: writing DMs at scale, giving revision notes that make a video better without burning the relationship, negotiating deals and holding both sides accountable, and taking care of top creators (personalized gift boxes, brand trips, and more).
• What You'll Own - The full creator funnel. Source creators and route them into the right program: affiliate, Trybe UGC, TikTok Shop affiliate, or paid brand deal. On Trybe, you'll run outreach, review applications, give revision notes, and negotiate retainers with top creators. - TikTok Shop affiliates. Serve as the in-house lead over an agency partner, covering sample seeding, community building, and holding their outreach and output to your standards. - Brand deals. Negotiate terms, get deliverables in writing, and make sure posts go live on time, usage rights are secured, and performance is tracked. - Top-tier creator relationships. Personal relationships, custom gifts, Zoom calls with the founder, and eventually brand trips and in-person events. - Big creative swings. Outlandish seeding campaigns, creator incentive programs, new sourcing channels. There's real budget behind this.

Requirements

• 2–3 years running social channels or creator programs, either in-house at a DTC brand or at an influencer/talent agency where you personally managed creators
• Experience building and running a creator community platform (e.g., Discord)
• Clear, fast written communication. A lot of this job happens in DMs.
• Bonus: you've negotiated real brand or UGC deals and made sure creators delivered
• Proactive, organized, and hungry to build a best-in-class program you own end to end
• Relationship-first but not conflict-avoidant. You can tell a creator their video missed and they'll still want to work with you again.
• Low ego. Some weeks are strategy, and some weeks are packing gift boxes and chasing a late deliverable
