Job Summary

Own the creative engine for direct-response ads across health and wellness brands, turning data-driven insights into scalable, high-volume production with clear ownership of creative systems.

Creative strategy and concepting: establish hooks, angles, and messaging for rapid ideation and testing.
Production systems: lead editors/designers, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment between hooks, visuals, and offers.
Performance-driven iteration: analyze creative performance, catalog winning ads, and scale effective variations with AI-assisted tooling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Ad Angles
Develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and creative direction across multiple brands and products
Research winning competitors, trends, and top-performing ads to continuously improve creative output
Generate large volumes of creative concepts designed for rapid production, testing, and iteration
Identify patterns in winning ads and translate insights into scalable creative systems
Ads Team Leadership
Lead and direct the internal ads creative team composed of editors and designers
Provide creative direction, live feedback, approvals, and performance-driven guidance
Help establish creative production workflows, SOPs, and scalable processes
Push the team toward higher output, faster iteration, and stronger performance standards
Creative Production Oversight
Collaborate closely with editors and designers to turn concepts into high-performing ads
Ensure consistency between hooks, messaging, visuals, offers, and overall creative direction
Continuously improve static ads, AI-generated ads, UGC-style creatives, motion graphics, and short-form video ads
Leverage AI tools and creative automation workflows to increase production speed and output
Performance-Driven Creative Iteration
Work closely with growth teams to analyze creative performance data
Identify and catalog winning ads, iterate rapidly on successful concepts, and scale creative variations
Balance creative quality with high-volume testing and iteration
Build systems that allow the team to consistently produce more winning ads over time && Beyond the Core Role

Requirements

Strong experience in direct-response advertising, DTC marketing, or performance creative strategy
Proven ability to create winning ad angles, hooks, and concepts for paid social
Deep understanding of Meta ads and modern short-form direct-response creative
Strong understanding of consumer psychology, marketing angles, and attention-grabbing hooks
Experience working closely with editors, designers, or creative production teams
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to execute quickly and independently
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong ownership mentality and accountability

Preferred

Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or consumer products
Experience scaling DTC/eCommerce brands
Experience using AI creative tools and automation workflows
Experience managing or mentoring creative teams
