Job Summary

Own the core creative strategy for Reddit’s Tech & Telco brands, translating platform insights into Reddit-native ideas that drive client impact across campaigns, narratives, and storytelling.

Creative Leadership: Build campaign concepts and strategic narratives tailored to Tech & Telco advertisers with clear audience focus and platform-specific execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales and GTM teams to shape pitches, RFPs, workshops, and client storytelling.
Education & Enablement: Elevate internal and external teams on best practices and showcase opportunities through impactful materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own Reddit Tech & Telco creative strategy, turning platform insights into Reddit-native ideas that drive business impact.
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to shape pitches, RFPs, workshops, and client storytelling.
Educate internal and external teams on best practices, and develop strategic narratives and materials that showcase brand opportunities.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in advertising, media, social, PR, or creative strategy
Experience building and pitching strategy-led presentations to clients
Strong understanding of brands, agencies, and media/platform ecosystems
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Slides

Preferred

Creative Strategy or platform experience at a social, media, or advertising technology company
Experience supporting Tech, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, or B2B advertisers
Experience working alongside Sales teams in pre-sales environments
Experience writing professionally for digital or social platforms
