  • Must-have: 3–6+ years in digital design with a strong e-commerce/Amazon portfolio
  • Standout: AI-assisted workflows to speed production and translate insights into creative opportunities

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize Amazon gallery images, A+ content, Premium A+, ads, and Brand Store assets
  • Translate product features, reviews, and insights into clear, compelling visual storytelling
  • Continuously improve listings through A/B testing and performance-driven design
  • Ensure all content is retail-ready, mobile-optimized, and conversion-focused
  • Use AI tools (image generation, layout tools, copy assistance) to create and iterate creative
  • Explore and implement new AI workflows to improve speed, quality, and output
  • Support light copywriting or use AI tools to generate and refine messaging
  • Design assets across: Amazon; Paid ads (Meta, Amazon, retail media); Website & landing pages; Packaging, tradeshow, and retail signage (as needed)
  • Develop templates and systems to scale creative production across brands
  • Create and/or edit short-form video content for: Ads; Product education (Amazon, YouTube)
Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital design, content creation, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, film, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating: E-commerce (Amazon preferred); Ad creative; Visual storytelling; AI-generated or AI-assisted work
Preferred
  • Experience with consumer brands, DTC, or e-commerce strongly preferred
  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, or similar) preferred
