Drive Amazon and multi-channel creative with data-driven, AI-enhanced design to boost conversions.

Primary ownership: design and optimize Amazon assets and Brand Store content
Must-have: 3–6+ years in digital design with a strong e-commerce/Amazon portfolio
Standout: AI-assisted workflows to speed production and translate insights into creative opportunities

Responsibilities

Design and optimize Amazon gallery images, A+ content, Premium A+, ads, and Brand Store assets
Translate product features, reviews, and insights into clear, compelling visual storytelling
Continuously improve listings through A/B testing and performance-driven design
Ensure all content is retail-ready, mobile-optimized, and conversion-focused
Use AI tools (image generation, layout tools, copy assistance) to create and iterate creative
Explore and implement new AI workflows to improve speed, quality, and output
Support light copywriting or use AI tools to generate and refine messaging
Design assets across: Amazon; Paid ads (Meta, Amazon, retail media); Website & landing pages; Packaging, tradeshow, and retail signage (as needed)
Develop templates and systems to scale creative production across brands
Create and/or edit short-form video content for: Ads; Product education (Amazon, YouTube)

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in digital design, content creation, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, film, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong portfolio demonstrating: E-commerce (Amazon preferred); Ad creative; Visual storytelling; AI-generated or AI-assisted work

Preferred
