Creative Marketing & Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and images for a client's website
• Turn a collection of client photos into a great-looking video
• Design social media graphics, cover images and profile headers
• Create a badge celebrating a company's 25th, 50th or 75th year in business
• Help design a billboard
• Create a flyer promoting ice machine repair
• Design sales materials for a company's generator division
• Help create brochures, postcards, leave-behinds, or other print materials
• Improve graphics or photos provided by a client
• Create visual concepts using AI image-generation tools

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop is important.
• We want someone who has experience beyond simply putting templates together in Canva.
• Some hands-on experience with AI tools is important, but what matters even more is that you're curious, adaptable, and genuinely excited to keep learning.
• You don't need a specific number of years of experience or a fancy design degree.

Preferred

• Professional design experience is definitely a plus.
• Experience creating work for real businesses or clients is a big plus.
