Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the 7 Leaves brand identity across visual design, voice, product, and store experiences
Set the creative direction for campaigns, product storytelling, store experience, and digital platforms
Champion a customer-first mindset by integrating real-time insights into brand and creative decisions
Partner with Operations and Training to ensure brand standards translate seamlessly into in-store execution
Uphold and reinforce Core Values across all brand touchpoints
Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive comp cup growth, brand equity, and customer loyalty
Oversee the full marketing calendar across campaigns, promotions, product launches, and new store openings
Build and lead a high-performing, creative-driven Marketing & Branding team
Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention
Leverage data and insights to continuously optimize performance and ROI

Requirements

6+ years of progressive leadership across marketing, brand, creative, and/or product—ideally within food & beverage, hospitality, or retail
Proven success leading both creative direction and business performance outcomes
Experience overseeing product or working closely with R&D/product teams
Strong background in digital marketing, content, social media, CRM, and loyalty platforms
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools or marketing technology to drive results
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred
Creative and strategic leader who can bridge vision with execution
Strong ownership mindset over the entire brand and product ecosystem
Expertise in brand building, storytelling, and omnichannel marketing
Data-informed decision maker who translates insights into action
