Responsibilities

• Lead creative development across shopper marketing, retail, and omnichannel commerce programs
• Translate shopper insights and retail barriers into disruptive creative ideas
• Guide and mentor a creative team of designers and copywriters (~5 creatives)
• Partner with senior clients to present and refine creative work
• Maintain creative quality, speed, and efficiency across multiple accounts
• Contribute directly to concepting, art direction, and execution when needed
• Integrate AI and emerging creative tools to enhance ideation, accelerate workflows, and expand creative possibilities

Preferred

• Beverage alcohol experience is a plus but not required
• Omnichannel experience spanning retail, digital, social, and content
• Deep Adobe Creative Suite proficiency and comfort remaining hands-on
