Copywriter

Requirements

• 3–5 years of copywriting experience, ideally with agency and CRM/lifecycle experience
• A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking — not just executions, but ideas (bonus points if it makes us laugh)
• Fluent in internet: you know the difference between a joke that lands and a brand trying too hard, and you never confuse the two
• Experience writing for email, SMS, and/or push; you understand how people actually read (and skim) these channels
• A natural voice-switcher who can be absurd, warm, or straightforward depending on the brand
• Detail-obsessed: you catch the typo, question the CTA, and know when a subject line is working too hard
• Collaborative, curious, and low-ego — you make the work better and the room better
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with multiple brands and overlapping deadlines

Preferred

• Bonus: experience in restaurant/QSR, loyalty programs, or subscription/home services
