Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality copy for websites, email campaigns, product materials, social media, ads, and print assets; review and refine healthcare professional editorials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines
• Apply and consistently maintain Foot Levelers’ brand voice, tone, and messaging standards
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to support campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct research on products, audiences, and industry trends to inform messaging
• Optimize content for SEO and readability while preserving clarity and credibility
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt tone and style across channels and audiences
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices
• Strong collaboration, organization, and time-management skills

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or practitioner-focused industries
• Familiarity with performance metrics and basic A/B testing concepts
• Experience supporting integrated marketing or campaign-based work
