Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Marketing Managers in executing growth marketing initiatives for loyalty clients
  • Assist with acquisition testing strategy, roadmaps, and campaign execution designed to improve conversion rates.
  • Help maintain and optimize enrollment touchpoints by identifying issues, coordinating updates, and supporting ongoing experience improvements.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing efforts, including test setup, quality assurance, launch validation, performance tracking, and documentation of results and learnings.
  • Validate campaign setups, targeting, tracking, and test experiences to help ensure accurate, seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist with analyzing test results and translating findings into clear takeaways and next-step recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including registrations, conversion rates, traffic, and other relevant indicators; compile regular reporting and flag notable trends, anomalies, or opportunities.
  • Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, tests, results, and team processes; identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while communicating progress, questions, and blockers proactively.

Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign operations, or a related role; relevant internship experience may be included toward this requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Basic understanding of A/B and multivariate testing principles
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to interpret basic performance data, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
