Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the trafficking of creative assets across global campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, correct formatting, and alignment with media specs and campaign objectives
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate the production and delivery of assets across media channel
  • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, providing clear timelines, asset specs, and routing feedback when needed
  • Support the creation and maintenance of global campaign trackers, asset management systems, and toolkits to ensure transparency and accessibility across markets
  • Assist in writing or reviewing creative briefs and participate in kickoff calls to align stakeholders on timelines, asset needs, and campaign objectives
  • Ensure that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, platform requirements, and localization standards across global markets
  • Maintain and regularly update marketing and trafficking documentation to reflect current best practices and workflows

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience working in a creative trafficking, production coordination, or campaign execution role—preferably within an agency or brand marketing team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally across global teams and time zones
  • Experience working with various project management tools and communication tools
  • A passion for creative excellence and operational efficiency, with a desire to support world-class campaigns from behind the scenes
  • Strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred

  • Experience working with global creative or media teams
  • Familiarity with media specs, file formats, and creative QA processes
  • Understanding localization workflows or working with multi-language campaigns
