Responsibilities

• A Strategy Director is the day-to-day strategy lead across a brand(s).
• They are responsible for making sure the agency delivers on its client commiitments and strategy deliverables.
• They are trusted partners to senior clients, CDs, ADs and agency partner leads.
• Trusted client, creative, and account leadership partner and advisor.
• Strong writer: foundational brand and social strategies, briefs, cases, presentations.
• Demonstrates strong business and research acumen.
• Adept in a range of research and data approaches to arrive consistently at business, audience and cultural solutions.
• Thought leadership: helps agency and client teams understand what’s next in their categories, in culture, in advertising.
• Guide effective creative development, from briefing through measurement.
• Comfortable gaining the trust of clients, experience across a range of verticals.
