Develop and guide social-first content strategies aligned to student audience behaviors and platform best practices
Lead audience-first content strategy and editorial planning across the student journey
Ensure content aligns to SEO best practices, customer needs, and financial education priorities
Identify opportunities to evolve content into reusable, modular components to support scale and personalization
Support optimization of content for both traditional search and emerging LLM-driven discovery
Act as a central partner across pods and business lines to ensure content consistency across distributed teams and channels
Monitor and report on performance using KPIs such as app starts, conversions, and engagement metrics

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in digital content, content marketing, or social media strategy
Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Strong background in content strategy, editorial planning, and SEO
Experience with social media strategy and platform-specific content development
Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred
Familiarity with modular content, personalization strategies, and emerging AI/LLM trends a plus
