Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as ampliFI’s lead writer, producing high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and sales materials
  • Manage content from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing, on-brand assets
  • Identify content needs proactively and recommend strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Support internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization
  • Lead the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination
  • Distribute content across key channels including LinkedIn, website, and email campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including setup, creative coordination, and performance analysis
  • Develop thought leadership content that enhances ampliFI’s positioning within the financial services and loyalty sectors
  • Conduct industry and internal research to generate relevant, performance-driven content

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various formats
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience executing campaigns that achieve measurable growth and engagement
