Responsibilities
- Research, write, and publish informative blog posts on mental health and wellness topics
- Develop and maintain a content calendar
- Edit and optimize existing website content
- Create accessible, engaging content while respecting appropriate boundaries around mental-health information
- Conduct keyword and topic research
- Optimize blog posts and website content for search engines
- Identify opportunities to improve the practice’s online visibility
- Apply on-page SEO best practices with a focus on search intent and content strategy
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content, with a focus on Instagram
- Repurpose blog content into social posts
Requirements
- Genuine interest in mental health and wellness
- Experience in content marketing, blogging, SEO, and/or social media
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools such as WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines
- Sound judgment about privacy, professionalism, and the sensitive nature of mental-health content
- Experience marketing for healthcare or other regulated industries (a plus)
- Colorado-based candidates preferred
- Education Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, a bachelor’s degree program in psychology, counseling, public health, marketing, communications, or a related field.
