Job Summary

Own end-to-end content capture and distribution while representing the Sugarbush marketing team, with a flexible schedule to cover conditions and events, and help coordinate guest experiences and assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture, edit, and share content from around the mountain for use across all channels and media outlets.
  • Be willing to have a flexible schedule including potential early mornings and late evenings for conditions and event coverage.
  • Represent the Sugarbush marketing department with guests and other resort team members.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure on-resort and digital promotional assets are correct and accurate.
  • Aid in the execution and organization of promotional events and guest experience initiatives including scavenger hunts, giveaways, mascot appearances, etc.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Collaborative working style. Excellent communications, and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently or as part of a larger team.
  • Support the Sugarbush vision and values.
  • Be pro-active, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. Have exceptional attention to detail and a focus on quality.
