Job Summary

Drive JACK’s U.S. content program by owning video and long-form content, plus nurture campaigns and in-office collaboration in The Woodlands, TX.

  • Own the U.S. content function end-to-end, from planning to publishing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for social media (Reels, clips, organic video)
  • Produce and coordinate regular content sessions with JACK leadership
  • Build and maintain a U.S. content library with scheduled content prepared in advance
  • Adapt and localize Australian-produced content for the U.S. audience
  • Deliver consistent weekly video output across Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage JACK's U.S. organic social presence alongside the Australian marketing team
  • Write captions, hooks, schedule posts, and manage publishing through Meta Business Suite
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and publishing cadence across platforms
  • Produce raw creative assets and briefs for JACK's external paid ads agency

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in content marketing, marketing coordination, communications, or related roles
  • Strong video production and editing capability for short-form social content
  • Experience managing EDM campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Strong copywriting skills across blogs, email, and social media
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing workflow and efficiency
  • Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing deadlines independently
  • Experience with social scheduling tools, CRMs, and project management platforms
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • B2B SaaS, construction, trades, or blue-collar industry experience is a strong plus
  • Must live in the Houston / North Houston area and be available for in-office collaboration in The Woodlands, TX

  • Startup/early-stage company experience
  • Additional video production or content strategy leadership experience
