Summary
The Content Manager role works collaboratively with the Digital Strategy team and is the primary point person for the content management system (CMS), fielding daily requests from across the organization and managing longer term projects.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field preferred.
  • License/Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: Three years of digital content management experience required. Experience with healthcare content preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficiency in Office365 applications, Adobe Photoshop for compressing and resizing image files, and video conferencing platforms required. Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Slack, Google Data Studio, Zendesk, and Workfront preferred. Basic web design (infographics, charts, graphs, call-outs, etc.), search engine marketing & optimization, and AP Style guide knowledge preferred.
