  • Lead social media coordination and campaign execution
  • Align email, design, and editorial calendars across channels

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Keep client content calendars current, accurate, and running on schedule, coordinating with account leads on upcoming campaigns, events, and seasonal priorities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across franchise accounts, ensuring voice, visuals, and messaging align with each brand's standards across all locations and channels.
  • Assist in monitoring platform engagement and respond to comments, messages, and community activity in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Own the social media workflow to ensure projects keep moving forward, tracking edits, comments, and approvals, and notifying appropriate team members such as graphic designers or the scheduling team.
  • Track content performance and surface insights and recommendations to account leads and clients.
  • Build, schedule, and send client and internal email campaigns and newsletters, including copy assembly, formatting, list management, and QA.
  • Coordinate email content with broader editorial calendars so messaging stays aligned across channels.
  • Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Support the team with design work ranging from client presentations to one-off projects such as ad creative, using established brand guidelines and templates.
  • Prepare and format design assets to spec for print, digital, and advertising placements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a related role — agency or multi-account experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and management tools, and with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Service Minder or similar).
  • Experience with monday.com strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field OR 8+ years relevant experience.
  • Working design skills in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for brand consistency.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across distinct client voices.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail — comfortable managing multiple calendars, trackers, and deadlines at once.
  • Strong, proactive collaborator who is responsive to clients and teammates alike.

Preferred

  • Paid media buying experience is a big plus — planning, purchasing, and managing paid placements across social, search, digital, and/or traditional media, including budget pacing and performance reporting.
  • Experience with print production processes (specs, proofs, working with printers).
  • Familiarity with franchise or multi-location brand marketing.
