Own the content engine by leveraging generative AI to rapidly produce, edit, and brainstorm viral social posts, while continuously applying and refining our AI workflows for scalable results.
- Content Production: generate and refine AI-assisted social content that resonates with audiences and meets brand standards.
- Idea Generation: translate training concepts into fresh, high-potential concepts and formats.
- Workflow Optimization: implement and optimize AI workflows to speed output and improve quality across accounts.

Responsibilities
- Your responsibility is to be our right-hand person when it comes to creating content through generative AI workflows, editing, and brainstorming content for our social media accounts.
- Learn and apply our unique AI workflows.
Requirements
- A track record of being able to create viral content on social media ā this can be in the form of you own creation or client work.
- The ability to comprehend and interpret complex ideas regarding how social media works and the factors that go into creating viral content.
- Great focus and attention to detail.
- Creativity: brainstorming new content ideas based on the concepts you learn from our training.
- Fluent in english.
- An eye for aesthetic content: being able to point out content that's visually appealing vs not appealing.
