Job Summary
Own the creator content engine for a fast growing fuel startup, filming behind the scenes, fleet ops, and customer stories to produce 5–10 short videos a month across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Content Engine: Create 5–10 short videos per month for Reels/TikTok/YouTube/FB with captions and trending hooks.
- Field & Storytelling: Film fuel ops, fleet activity, and testimonials to tell authentic brand stories.
- Viral Ideation & Execution: Brainstorm ideas and adapt content to platform cultures to drive engagement.
Job Description
- Spend 1–2 days per month filming with our fuel truck and team
- Capture behind-the-scenes content
- Film vehicle refueling and fleet operations
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Edit videos with captions, hooks and trending styles
- Create 5–10 videos per month
- Help brainstorm viral content ideas
- Shoot occasional customer testimonials
- Understands TikTok and Instagram culture
- Enjoys storytelling and documenting businesses
- Has experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Can film with an iPhone or camera
- Has a creative mindset and enjoys trying new ideas
- Is reliable and self-motivated
- Wants to grow with a fast-growing startup
- Graphic design skills
- Photography experience
- Experience growing social media accounts
- Familiarity with Alex Hormozi, Codie Sanchez, Gary Vee, or similar creators
