Content Creator & Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content on active job sites
• Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write captions and short-form copy in a consistent brand voice
• Schedule posts and monitor engagement and comments
• Generate content ideas based on current trends and upcoming projects
• Create simple graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Track performance and share monthly recommendations with leadership

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate (any major)
• Basic filming and editing skills (phone-based editing is welcome)
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and current trends
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines independently
• Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Aledo and Weatherford area, or availability to ride along from our office to job sites

Preferred

• Personal camera, phone rig, or editing software
• Prior content you’ve created, whether personal, school, or freelance
• Experience with Canva or basic graphic design
• Interest in construction, real estate, aviation, or business
