Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop written, visual, and multimedia content for social media platforms
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with medical guidelines.
- Translate medical terminology into clear, patient-friendly language.
- Plan and schedule content using a structured editorial calendar.
- Capture photos and short-form videos.
- Basic video editing required
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare communication standards.
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Familiarity and prior experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Preferred
- Understanding of healthcare communication is a plus but not required.
