Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and informative content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other company social media platforms.
• Develop creative social media posts, graphics, short videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Create content highlighting Kay Services Inc.'s programs, services, staff, families, and community involvement.
• Write engaging captions, announcements, and promotional messages.
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
• Ensure all content reflects the company's mission, values, and brand identity.
• Attend designated company events, community outreach activities, workshops, and family engagement programs.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events.
• Create social media content before, during, and after company activities.
• Highlight community partnerships, special events, and organizational accomplishments.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
• Strong writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
• Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software.
• Ability to capture and edit photographs and short-form videos.
• Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events.
• Reliable transportation for community events and company activities.

Preferred

• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar editing tools.
• Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations, human services, disability services, or community outreach.
• Knowledge of autism awareness, acceptance, and family support services.
• Experience with event photography and videography.
