Content Creator, Design & AI

Responsibilities

• Concept and create original content for social platforms, translating briefs, cultural insights, and creative experiments into engaging visuals.
• Apply your strengths in design, digital art, image manipulation, compositing, motion, illustration, or mixed media.
• Incorporate generative AI into your creative process, refining outputs through thoughtful design and hands-on execution.
• Collaborate with creative partners to develop ideas, respond to feedback, and deliver polished work.
• Adapt content to different social formats while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency.
• Stay curious about emerging creative tools, social behaviors, and new approaches to storytelling.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, a clear creative point of view, and versatility across projects.
• Depth in one or more relevant disciplines, such as compositing, motion design, illustration, digital art, or mixed-media design.
• Hands-on experience creating content specifically for social platforms.
• Examples of generative AI experimentation and the ability to explain your tools, process, and personal contribution.
• Proficiency with the creative tools relevant to your specialty.
• The ability to develop ideas, execute independently, and collaborate in a fast-moving creative environment.

Preferred

• Experience creating for technology, gaming, or creative software brands.
• Familiarity with Adobe Firefly.
• Experience combining multiple creative disciplines within a single project.
