Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of proposal production with emphasis on creative and accurate submissions.
  • Interface with proposal team to communicate win strategy, define scope, and address key issues.
  • Coordinate preparation of client interview items including PowerPoints, leave-behinds, videos and equipment.
  • Assist pursuit teams in interview preparation and attend client interviews as necessary.
  • Provide direction to graphic designers for graphics and video production.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with all company associates, including executives.
  • Assist in developing objectives and strategies supporting corporate marketing and business goals.
  • Extract, save and organize boilerplate information in SharePoint; update Salesforce with project data.
  • Organize and archive final files for future reference and enforce branding standards.
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge to enhance team innovation and productivity.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field with 2 years proposal experience or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating RFQ/RFP submittals and supportive presentations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills; ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to travel occasionally; able to manage multiple projects independently and in a team.
  • Experience in the A/E/C industry with understanding of procurement processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce.
