Community Manager (Crypto / Web3)

Responsibilities

• Open the channels every day: greet, answer, correct, and keep the signal high.
• Set house rules that people actually follow. Remove spam without killing the vibe.
• Run the calendar: AMAs, spaces, quizzes, raids, seasonal quests, and welcome flows for new members.
• Turn repeated questions into pins, FAQs, and short explainers.
• Carry feedback to product, support, and marketing the same day it shows up.
• Work with ambassadors, mods, and regional chats so the community is not a single English island.
• Watch the temperature: FUD, rumors, competitors, and moments that need an official voice.
• Report the week: who spoke, who stayed, who invited a friend, and what the room is asking for.
• What we’re looking for:

Requirements

• You have 1–3+ years in community, mods, support-facing, or social in crypto / fintech.
• You write short. You reply fast. You do not disappear when the chat turns hard.
• You can tell a real user from a bot, a farmer, and a tourist.
• You already know how crypto chats breathe: Asia morning, US evening, listing night, dump day.
• English is strong.

Preferred

• A regional language (CIS, SEA, Korea, MENA, LatAm) is a plus if you want to own a local room.
