Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans for girls and adult volunteers; form new troops and strengthen retention
  • Build and sustain partnerships with schools, families, and community organizations
  • Plan and deliver outreach and recruitment events; present clearly to varied audiences
  • Use Microsoft Office and CRM/data systems to track activity, analyze progress, and report results
  • Work a Monday–Friday schedule with regular evenings, occasional weekends, and travel as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years in recruitment, sales, community engagement, volunteer management, membership development, account management, or Customer Service (or comparable internship/volunteer experience)
  • Strong organization, communication, and accountability; ability to lift/transport up to 35 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle/insurance; support of the Girl Scout mission and ability to maintain membership
