Job Description

Responsibilities

The Communications and Marketing Specialist will play a central role in developing high-quality visual content that supports strategic initiatives across the organization, including go-to-market campaigns and solicitation materials.
A key part of the role involves designing visual components for proposals, including layouts, infographics, datasheets, technical documentation, and business development presentations.
The position provides cross-functional visual design support to teams across the organization, addressing ad hoc requests, supporting events, and creating branded items as needed.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience developing digital visuals for web, email, and social media
Understanding of branding principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into polished visual assets
Collaborative mindset with experience supporting cross-functional teams
Strong project management habits, including task tracking and version control
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
