Responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients in the health & beauty niche, including spas, skincare brands, salons, wellness centers, and more.
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, DMs, or other channels to generate interest.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls / appointments with decision-makers.
- Track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Collaborate with the founder and team to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting.
- Research and identify ideal client prospects in the health & beauty industry.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, Instagram, or other channels.
- Book qualified discovery calls / appointments.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to maximize conversion to scheduled appointments.
- Update CRM or lead tracking system daily with outreach and appointment statuses.
- Communicate regularly with the founder to share insights, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or appointment setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- reliable, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience working with health, wellness, or beauty brands
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and CRM tools
