Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing responsibilities: supporting commercial real estate brokers in marketing listings, including updating the commercial listing sites (Co-Star, Loop Net, Crexi), creating email blasts, updating collateral materials, property photos, website updates and social media posts.
  • Operations tasks: working with our accounting and property management team on a variety of portfolio management tasks.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student with interest in Commercial Real Estate Leasing/Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site in Westport, CT.
  • Collaborative environment.
