Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Social Media team sits within the Sales & Marketing division at Independence Blue Cross and is responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content across the organization’s social media channels.
  • Help bring our brand to life online as a Social Media Co‑op Analyst at Independence Blue Cross. In this role, you’ll create content, engage with our audience, and support campaigns that connect members and communities to better health.
  • you’ll assist in developing and scheduling posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), support community management, help track performance and compile reports, collaborate with other team members on campaigns, and contribute fresh ideas to keep our channels relevant and engaging.
  • support brand awareness, engagement, and community connection by executing content strategies, monitoring and responding to social conversations, promoting campaigns and events, and analyzing performance.
  • The Social Media team works cross‑functionally with marketing, communications, and business partners to support company initiatives and advance IBX’s mission to improve the health and well‑being of the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn); basic copywriting and content creation skills; basic graphic design sense (experience with Canva or Adobe Express a plus); strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects; interest in tracking performance and learning analytics tools.
