Responsibilities

• Build up referrals to the practice using social media, monthly newsletter, google and other ads, scheduling our professionals for podcasts and other methods depending on your marketing plan for growth.
• Manage patient intake processes, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information and assure good quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Promote our unique brand of mind and body health services with functional medicine as an additional specialty.
• Have great phone personality to market and promote our services and engage new callers to the point of scheduling appointments.
• Microsoft Office Access and Excel skills. Social media and other technical skills.
• Ability to use data to collect data accurately and prepare reports for management.
• _*Knowledge and skill with MS Excel and Access to generate reports*
• Business acumen to make recommendations to management regarding the needs of clients and any issues that require resolution to support clients and smooth running of the office
• Be part of a supportive team office environment.

Requirements

• Must have prior social media experience and strong technical skills.
• Prior experience reaching out to people in the community to build a referral base.
• Microsoft Office Access and Excel skills. Social media and other technical skills.

• Knowledge and skill with MS Excel and Access to generate reports
• Business acumen to make recommendations to management regarding the needs of clients and any issues that require resolution to support clients and smooth running of the office
• Be able to drive to our other office locations in Bergen county
• It is best that you have your own transportation and that your lifestyle allows for flexibility in terms of hours working.
• Hours are 9-5 with occasional evenings or a Saturday and the schedule must be able to accommodate evenings until 8-9Pm with a later start time. Once or twice a year to travel to locations in NJ and stay overnight for professional conferences.
