Responsibilities

• Define and execute Rise and Fame's U.S. go-to-market strategy.
• Build relationships with fashion, luxury, beauty, and premium retail brands.
• Identify and create opportunities with senior decision-makers across Marketing, CRM, Digital, Innovation, Customer Engagement, and Web3.
• Build and manage a strong B2B pipeline through your existing network, LinkedIn, prospecting, events, and partnerships.
• Represent Rise and Fame at conferences, private events, and industry gatherings.
• Help shape our positioning, messaging, and commercial strategy based on market feedback.
• Work closely with the product team to translate customer needs into product opportunities.
• Contribute to fundraising, investor relationships, and the broader growth strategy.

Requirements

• Mid-career professional with experience in fashion, luxury, beauty, retail, or another premium consumer industry .
• Proven ability to develop B2B relationships and create commercial opportunities.
• Strong professional network and ability to open doors with senior decision-makers.
• Strong LinkedIn presence and experience with B2B prospecting and lead generation.
• Understanding of AI, Web3, blockchain, and digital assets.
• Comfortable working independently, creating opportunities without being given a predefined playbook.
• Genuine entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership.

Preferred

• Existing relationships with U.S. fashion, luxury, beauty, or retail brands.
• Experience working directly with C-level or senior executives.
• Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience building a market, sales function, or business from an early stage.
