Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Client Success Strategist with extensive Meta Ads management and account management experience to oversee client relationships and campaign delivery for our Meta Ads Agency clients. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once while ensuring ads, creative, and campaigns meet performance and quality standards.

Location: Remote (US based)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $45,000/year base salary + $78 per client managed (estimated 25–30 clients)

Key Responsibilities

  • Host bi-weekly client calls to review campaign performance, set expectations, and build rapport.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, providing proactive updates and professional communication.
  • Prepare and send recap emails after each client meeting with action items and next steps.
  • Review video ads produced by the creative team to ensure quality, alignment with strategy, and campaign goals.
  • Review ad copy to ensure clarity, brand voice alignment, and compliance with Meta Ads best practices.
  • Manage client projects and deliverables in Monday.com, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (copywriters, video editors, ad specialists) to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate any issues when necessary.
  • Attend weekly internal team meetings, weekly departmental L10s, and weekly Same Page meetings with leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive Meta Ads management experience with proven success running campaigns.
  • Proven account management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee 25–30 clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience with WhatConverts for lead tracking and reporting.
  • You’re familiar with Monday.com or other project management platforms.
  • You’ve worked with cross-functional or distributed teams before.

This Role Isn’t For You If…

  • You don’t enjoy client-facing work and ongoing communication.
  • You struggle to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
  • You prefer flexibility over consistency and find it difficult to follow established processes.
  • You aren’t open to feedback, collaboration, or continual learning.
  • You struggle with attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Remote, flexible work environment (full time commitment required)
  • Growth potential, with opportunities to expand into additional responsibilities as the agency scales.
  • A team culture built on accountability, excellence, and helping each other win.
