Requirements

Experience working directly with clients (agency, consulting, or brand)
Proven success creating short-form content with *1M+ views* (portfolio required)
Experience developing content strategies and roadmaps
Led client onboarding and weekly meetings
Strong understanding of viral content, hooks, and audience retention
Experience with creators, influencers, or brands

Preferred

Experience managing clipping campaigns or creator reward programs
Worked with UGC creators or clipper networks
Familiar with payouts, quality control, and onboarding workflows
