Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Success Manager based in Phoenix, AZ. The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries, analyzing account performance, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role is essential in driving client success and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address client needs and foster positive experiences
• Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to maintain and grow long-term client partnerships
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess account performance and recommend data-driven improvements
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey strategies and address client concerns
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in PM tools and other relevant software is advantageous
