Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned SEO accounts, communicating via Slack, video, and email.
• Campaign Oversight: Work with our fulfillment teams to ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
• Performance Reviews: Lead monthly video calls to walk clients through results, educate them on strategy, and discuss next steps.
• Upsells: Identify and recommend additional services — Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites — that align with each client's goals.
• Reporting & Analysis: Present SEO data in a way that highlights business outcomes and ROI, not just vanity metrics.
• Client Retention: Build long-term relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Experience: Client-facing SEO or account management experience required, preferably at a digital agency or with local service businesses.
• Local SEO Knowledge: A strong command of Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, and citations.
• Client-Facing Skills: You've led strategy calls, handled tough questions, and built real relationships.
• Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple accounts without dropping a ball — and your Slack messages and reports are polished.
• Growth-Minded: You're looking to take ownership, grow with a high-performing team, and make your mark in a fast-scaling department.

Preferred

• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, and Slack is a major plus.
