Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Manager based in Las Vegas, NV. The Client Success Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, increasing customer retention, and driving business outcomes. Daily responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts, analyzing performance metrics, addressing client inquiries, implementing solutions to improve results, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention for fostering and maintaining long-term partnerships
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate client data and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to effectively address client needs and solutions-oriented decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in marketing or account management, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
