Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day client relationships with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and growth
Translate business goals into clear digital strategies and roadmaps
Identify and drive expansion opportunities
Partner with channel experts to deliver measurable performance improvements
Communicate results, insights, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

Experience managing and growing digital marketing client relationships (agency experience strongly preferred)
Ability to connect strategy to execution across channels (SEO/GEO, paid media, content, etc.)
Strong business acumen - you understand how marketing drives revenue
Comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders and earning client trust
Organized, proactive, and accountable - you take ownership, not just direction.
