Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Manage and prioritize campaign and territory expansion requests
Coordinate campaign launches with our advertising team
Monitor lead flow and resolve delivery issues
Provide weekly updates and performance summaries to clients
Maintain organized workflows and operational processes
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through systems and automation
Escalate strategic decisions to leadership when appropriate

Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Calm and solutions-oriented when solving problems
Able to build and improve processes, not just follow them
Tech-comfortable (CRM systems, marketing dashboards, spreadsheets, etc.)

Preferred

Customer Success or Client Success Management
Marketing agency account management
Operations or project management roles
